Greensburg, IN — Heavy Trash Week in the City of Greensburg starts May 17. Residents are being asked to set out items the night before their regular garbage pickup day. Heavy trash collection that week is limited to Greensburg residents only. Mayor Joshua Marsh says those who live outside the city limits are asked to not bring their items in, while Greensburg residents should not set out items from those who live outside of town. The Mayor says all items set out on the curb for Heavy Trash Pickup will be collected by the city’s Street Department.
