VERSAILLES, IN — The Hassmer House Tavern & Inn celebrated its Grand Opening this week with a ribbon-cutting conducted by the Ripley County Chamber of Commerce.

Owners Rachael and David VanArtsdalen use the “Farm To Table” approach, overseeing a scratch kitchen and partnering with local farmers to prepare food using the freshest ingredients, meats, and produce.

In addition to fresh, local food, they also offer hand-crafted cocktails, craft beer, and local wine.

Hassmer House is located at 103 West Tyson Street on the courthouse square in Versailles.
