Senior Genevieve Smith earned her fifth hat trick of the 2024 season in Tuesday’s 5-1 win for Greensburg girls’ soccer at South Ripley. Sophomore Kadence Rich and senior Emma McQueen also found the net for the Pirates. McQueen added two assists. Assists also came from senior Madison Morlan, junior Maddie Haviland, and senior Marissa Powers. Pirate goalkeepers Madeline Shrader and Peyton Powers faced only five shots on goal in the game. The Pirates are now 5-1 on the season. They play next at home on Thursday against Madison. The match starts at 5:30 p.m.
