(Greensburg, IN) – Heavy Trash Week in the City of Greensburg starts next Monday, May 18, and runs through Friday, May 22.
It’s only for Greensburg residents on a city trash route, and items placed on the curb will be picked up the same day as regular garbage collection.
Residents are reminded to put items out on the curb no more than one to two days before pick up by city Street Department crews.
Appliances, furniture, and most other large household items will be collected.
Electronics, construction debris, tires, brush, and yard waste will not be picked up.
