Greensburg, In. — Owner of the Buffalo Wings & Rings in Greensburg, Terry Powell has earned the “Buffalove Award” at the 2017 annual conference for his work with an anti-bullying campaign.

Kids are given wristbands and pledge cards as part of the “Humble and Kind Anti-Bullying Campaign.” The wristbands and cards are good for free movie tickets and food from BWR. More than 9,000 area students participate in the program that teaches respect for others, being humble and kind.

Powell completely funds the effort and helps other business get involved as well.

Philip Schram, Buffalo Wings & Rings Chief Development Officer says,” Terry not only cares about the community but he cares about his employees too. The Greensburg location has a low employee turnover rate and receives consistently positive customer reviews and service scores.”
