Governor directs flags to fly at half-staff in remembrance of Pearl Harbor Day

Indianapolis, IN — Governor Eric Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in recognition of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day to honor the lives lost when Japan attacked Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.

Flags are to be flown at half-staff at the Indiana Statehouse from sunrise until sunset on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.

The Governor also asks businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff.
