The St. Louis 5th Grade Lady Cardinals completed an undefeated season with a 44-2 victory over St. Nicholas. All nine Lady Cardinals scored in their final game of the year led by Ella King with 14 points and Mimi Smith with 10. I want to say how proud I am of every single girl on the team. All I ever asked of them was to play hard and to play for each other and they went out and did this every single game. I want to thank Mike Burkhart and Principal Moeller for giving me the opportunity to coach this extremely talented group of young ladies. I also want to thank the parents for bringing the girls to all the practices and traveling for the games. I look forward to next year and the bright future these young ladies have. Thank you!
