Gabriel Daniel Sembach was born on April 27, 2025, in Batesville, Indiana. Though his time here was brief, Gabriel touched the hearts of those around him and will forever be cherished. He passed away on April 28, 2025, at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis, leaving a lasting place in the hearts of his family.
Gabriel is survived by his loving parents, Stephen “Tyler” and Marissa Nicole (Lugo) Sembach, and his big sister, Avery. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Philip and Tracie Martinez, and Linnette Sembach. Gabriel was preceded in death by his grandfather, Steven Sembach.
