(Greensburg, IN) – Congratulations to Hannah Fuel, who was named Grand Champion at the 2026 Tom Swain Showmanship Competition Tuesday evening at the Decatur County 4-H Fair.
Fuel is an incoming senior at Greensburg High School.
Kennedy Sundal was this year’s Reserve Champion.
She will be a senior this year at South Decatur High School.
Both Fuel and Sundal are nine-year 4-H members, and are eligible to compete again next year.
Five livestock categories – swine, beef, dairy, goat, and sheep – are shown at the competition.
A total of 10 area youths participated in this year’s event, which is named in memory of Rush County 4-H member and supporter Tom Swain, who died in an automobile accident in 1973.
The Decatur County Fair wraps up its weeklong run tonight.
