Frye accepts invitation to ‘Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast’

Batesville, In. — Recently Indiana Republican state representative from District 67 Randy Frye made a trip to the Holy Land on an invitation from Israeli leaders for the Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast. The invitation was extended to 10 Indiana lawmakers following a vote to recognize the sovereignty of the Middle Eastern nation. Frye was one of three that accepted the invitation.

No taxpayer dollars were allocated for the trip.

Frye tells WRBI news the delegation flew into Rome with a several hour delay, then flew to Tel Aviv. Once in Tel Aviv the delegation traveled by bus to Jerusalem.

While in Israel Frye was able to tour the Holy Land and receive a briefing from Government leaders about border security operations.
