Brookville, IN—Recently Franklin County Commissioners lost their case against the City of Lawrenceburg for a portion of riverboat casino gaming tax revenue in a split 2-1 decision by the First District Court of Appeals Indiana. Franklin County won the initial case in 2018 and was awarded $3.1 million. Lawrenceburg won on appeal.
