Indianapolis, Ind. — Franklin County Sheriff’s Department sergeant Adam Henson has graduated from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department’s Leadership Academy.
The academy is for newly promoted or seasoned officers and is a four-month course. Officers learn documentation and writing skills. The course is designed to develop a leader around the concept of “Reader, Writer, Thinker, Fighter.”
