Four Rising Sun students receive Foundations scholarships

Rising Sun, IN — Four Rising Sun High School senior students have been named as the 2021 recipients of the Ohio County Community Foundation Scholarship administered by the Ohio County Community Foundation.

Chloe Fletcher, Emma Taylor, Ashlee Turner, and Madalyn Wilson will each receive a $4,000 scholarship for being named Ohio County Community Foundation Scholars. The scholarship will be paid up to $1,000 a year over four consecutive years of study and may be used at any post-secondary educational institution such as a technical school, a community college or a four-year college or university. The scholarship must be used for books and/or tuition.

Chloe Fletcher is the daughter of Darrell and Stephanie Fletcher. Emma Taylor is the daughter of Andrew and Kara Leedy. Ashlee Turner is the daughter of Jim Turner and Jennifer Turner. Madalyn Wilson is the daughter of Josh and Julie Wilson.
