(Southeastern IN) – A Flood Watch goes into effect at Noon today and runs through 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The National Weather Service says flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible, especially along rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone areas.
People in the watch area, especially those living in areas prone to flooding, should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
You’re urged to monitor the latest forecasts and be alert for possible flood warnings.
