(Ripley County, IN) – Osgood Fire Chief Kyle Negangard and Assistant Chief Riley Thomas successfully completed an ice rescue class over the weekend.
They are now certified in ice rescue operations, and as ice rescue technicians.
The Morris Volunteer Fire Department hosted the training, and several of its members were also certified.
