Versailles, IN — Firefighters were sent to a home on the 500 block of Main Street in Versailles to battle a basement fire that broke out around 12:30 Sunday afternoon.
Crews were able to contain the flames in the basement.
There were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire and a damage estimate were not available.
Versailles Fire Rescue received assistance from the Osgood Volunteer Fire Department and Ripley County EMS.
