Dillsboro, IN—According to the Versailles Fire Department, their firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire in an apartment building at Brownings Campground on Tuesday. The firefighters were able to contain the fire to the attic area of the structure. Versailles Fire responded with two engines, a tanker, and a Command vehicle. Mutual aid was called in from Milan VFD and Osgood VFD. Ripley County EMS was on scene as well on EMS standby. The Red Cross was contacted to assist with the displaced occupants and families.
