(Statewide) – The Indiana Department of Natural Resources invites you to enjoy the final Free Fishing Day of 2026 on Saturday (tomorrow) around the state.
Indiana residents can cast a line without a fishing license or trout/salmon stamps.
All other regulations, such as size and bag limits, still apply.
DNR says Free Fishing Day presents the perfect opportunity for beginners to test the waters, families to spend time together, or experienced anglers to introduce a friend to the sport.
