Faye Jean Zeigler, 84

Faye Jean Zeigler, 84, of Greensburg passed away on November 29, 2024. She was born on July 19, 1940 in Flat Rock, Indiana, the daughter of Ralph and Mary Beatty Woodhull. Faye was a 1958 graduate of Sandusky High School. On June 7, 1959 she married Lee Edward Zeigler and together they had two sons, David and James. She worked for the Decatur County Memorial Hospital as a cook for over 30 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Survivors include: sons, David Zeigler and James (Betty) Zeigler; grandchildren, Emily (Peter) Nelson, Eric (Rachel) Zeigler, Corey (Mary) Zeigler, Cara (Logan) Ball, Katie (Jessy Keizer Booth) Zeigler, Travis Zeigler, and Christopher Blaes; eight great grandchildren and one on the way; daughter in laws, Denise Zeigler and Barbara Halfacre; and brother, Wayne (Alice) Woodhull. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lee Zeigler; brothers, (twin) Raye Woodhull, Charles Woodhull and Lawrence Woodhull; sisters, Wanda Heaton and Charlotte Woodhull; and step grandson, Shaun Blaes.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024 at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home from 12:00 pm until the time of the funeral services at 1:00 pm and will be broadcast live on the Gilliland-Howe Facebook Page. Rev. Ted Chalk will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Kingston Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Our Hospice of Decatur County or to the United Methodist Church.
