RIPLEY COUNTY, IN — The winter weather is believed to be a factor in the downing of a tree that blocked one westbound lane of I-74 near the 155-mile marker in northeastern Ripley County Thursday afternoon.
The left lane remained open while crews removed the tree from the highway.
Indiana State Police and INDOT were among the responding agencies.
