FAA investigating Greensburg plane crash

GREENSBURG, Ind. — Authorities are investigating a plane crash that occurred in Greensburg Saturday evening.

According to officials, a single engine small plane was flying from Palm Beach, Florida to Aurora.

The pilot and two passengers were planning to stop in Greensburg to refuel, but when landing the plane missed the runway and landed in a field.

The plane was a total loss in the crash.

Only the pilot was treated on scene for a minor head injury.
