(Southeastern IN) – Lingering slick spots will continue to pose problems on untreated roads and surfaces through the morning.
Cold conditions and blustery winds are also expected, with wind chill values between minus-5 and 5 degrees.
Last evening’s snow and falling temperatures led to problems on the road. Ripley County Sheriff’s deputies said the portion of I-74 in the county was a sheet of ice and that a number of slide offs were reported.
There were also slide offs reported on I-74 in Decatur County.
