Sunman, IN—ETC has learned that an ETC customer received a text message that appeared to be from ETC stating that he won an iPhone 11. The text message instructed him to click on a survey link and answer a few questions. The customer did click on the link and reported that the site/survey did look like it was from ETC.
The message also stated that he was one of two winners and actually listed another person’s name as the other winner. Please know this text message is NOT from ETC and is believed to be a scam.
