SUNMAN, Ind. — Several Scams are making rounds through Southeast Indiana, and Enhanced Telecommunications is warning of a new email Scam targeting their customers.
Technicians say several ETC customers have received an email from a spoofed address that appears to be from ETC.
The fake email tells users all unverified email accounts will be shut down due to server congestion and asks for information.
ETC says they will never send an email asking for passwords.
