Energetic “Louie-bots” end their season

BATESVILLE, IN — The St. Louis  School “Louie-bots” robotics teams (pictured) wrapped up their season on Tuesday, February 15 at Aurora Elementary.

The teams did not place at the state competition, but they did reserve a special place in the judges’ hearts.

The teams brought home the “Energy Award,” which goes to the teams that show the most enthusiasm and have the most energy.

The Louie-bots not only rooted for their team but also cheered on all other teams at the competition.

The SLS Louie-bots are: Avery Austin, Carson Hartwell, Calvin Padgett, Madi Dierckman, Alice Austin, Grant Hartwell, Cam Anderson, Wyatt Steinkamp, Amelia Spielmann, Isla Padgett, and Heidi Schneider.

The team is coached by Mrs. Jill Hollins and Mrs. Mary Beth Linville.
