Over the weekend at Missouri S&T, East Central alum and current
UIndy track & field athlete Ellie Lengerich had an impressive outing at the GLVC Outdoor Track & Field, claiming three medals.
The sophomore earned her first medal on Friday, winning the long jump and breaking the school record with a top leap of 5.82 meters (19′ 1.25″).
On Saturday, Lengerich added two more medals, winning the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.42 and finishing 3rd in the high jump with a top height of 1.65 meters (5’5″).
