Twenty-two players have been named to the Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference (EIAC) 2026 Baseball All-Conference Team.
East Central and Greensburg shared the conference title. The Trojans and Pirates both finished 12-2 against EIAC opponents
All-Conference Team:
East Central (12-2) – Chase Marsh, Cole Reynolds, Ethan Wynn, Vincent Keck, Brayeden Reis.
Greensburg (12-2) – Ethan Smith, Jacob Duerstock, Luke Hoeing, Logan Meyer, Ethan Bishop.
Batesville (8-6) – Ronan Post, Noah Weigel, Brayden Maple.
Connersville (7-7) – Parker Flanigan, Gavin Brannon, Zaine Bentley.
South Dearborn (6-8) – Mason Hamlett, Ryker Morris.
Lawrenceburg (5-9) – Jayden Montgomery, Hunter Miller.
Franklin County (4-10) – Blake Stephenson.
Rushville (2-12) – Casey Thompson.
The conference MVP is Ethan Smith of Greensburg. He had a .432 average, with three home runs, 31 RBIs, and scored 26 runs, stole 18 bases, and was 4-0 on the mound in 10 appearances.
The EIAC Coaches of the Year are East Central’s Mike Johnson and Logan Smith from Greensburg.
