Edna F. (Bevis) Caudill, 77, of Moores Hill passed away Friday, October 30, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lawrenceburg. Edna was born on Thursday, January 13, 1949, in Covington, Kentucky; daughter of David and Margaret (Griffin) Bevis. Edna married the love of her life, Gene Caudill, on June 10, 1967, and he survives her. Edna worked as an electronic assembler at Hill-Rom. She loved creating art such as painting and drawing. She also loved gardening and taking care of her flowers. Most of all Edna cherished her family, friends, and all her friends at Moores Hill Church of Christ.
Edna will be missed by her husband Gene Caudill of Moores Hill; daughter Stefanie (Michael) Beard of Falmouth, KY; brother Rick (Patti) Bevis of Union, KY; sister Vicky Bevis of Walton, KY; grandchildren Chad Caudill of Hebron, KY and Megan (David) North of Falmouth, KY; great-grandchildren River and Theory Caudill and Amelia North; and several nieces and nephews.
Edna was preceded in death by her parents David and Margaret Bevis; stepmother Aileen McInstosh; 2 brothers; 4 sisters; and great-grandchild Salem Caudill.
Family and friends may gather in remembering Edna from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at Moores Hill Church of Christ: 13567 IN-350, Moores Hill, IN 47032. Services will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Tito Pel officiating. Memorials may be given in honor of Edna to Moores Hill Church of Christ or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
