4A-14th ranked East Central rolled to a 76-36 victory over 1A-4th ranked Jac-Cen-Del.
The St. Leon ladies led 51-21 at halftime and finished the game with a minus-15 differential in turnovers. The Trojans also shot a healthy 33 of 61 from the field.
EC’s Josie Trabel scored 22 points and topped 1000 points for her varsity career. The junior also had six rebounds, three steals and four assists. Hope Fox also logged 22 points to go along with seven boards, three dishes and three swipes.
The Eagles Aundrea Cullen scored nine in the loss. Jaylee Rider and Julia Meyer both scored six. Meyer also had five rebounds.
Milan got a nice 50-29, non-conference win over Rising Sun.
The Indians outscored the Shiners 14 to 2 in the fourth quarter. No additional details were available.
