(St. Leon, IN) – East Central High School Student Council will host a “Helping Hands Drive” at this Friday’s home football game vs. Harrison to help those affected by the Maui wildfires.

Student Council members will collect items such as infant supplies, paper products, personal hygiene items, and cases of bottled water during the game.

The wildfires, which ignited on August 8, have killed more than 100 people.

An estimated 1,000 people remain unaccounted for, with more than 2,000 homes and businesses destroyed.

The Trojans will host the Wildcats in the latest edition of the I-74 Border War, which you can hear on wrbiradio.com and on the Tune In app Friday starting with the pregame at 6:40.
