(Greensburg, IN) – Bailey Ebbing was named Miss Decatur County 2024 Friday evening, as well being chosen Miss Congeniality.
Kennedy Stier was chosen 1st runner up while Carley Thomas was named 2nd runner up.
Ebbing will reign over the Decatur County Fair, which will take place July 11-17.
She will also represent Decatur County at the 2025 Indiana State Fair Pageant, as well as participate in various community events during her year-long reign.
A total of five candidates took part in this year’s pageant at Greensburg High School.
