UPDATE (11:55 a.m.) – The right lane of eastbound I-74 near Greensburg is now open, according to Decatur County Sheriff Bill Meyyerose and INDOT.

UPDATE (8:13 a.m.) – One lane of eastbound I-74 near Greensburg has reopened.
However, it will be several hours before the other lane reopens because crews have to remove the semi that caught fire, according to Decatur County Sheriff Bill Meyerrose.
The semi was hauling potatoes when flames broke out. The Greensburg Fire Department arrived on the scene just before 6 a.m.

(Decatur County, IN) – All eastbound lanes of I-74 near Greensburg were blocked this morning due to a semi that caught fire.
It happened a mile-and-a-half east of the State Road 3 interchange.
Motorists were urged to avoid the area by using State Road 46 and entering the interstate at New Point to get around the snarled traffic.
