East Central’s boys soccer team posted a 6-1 home victory Tuesday over Connersville. The Trojans led 3-0 at the half. EC scoring saw Riley Smith and JT Roden both net two goals. Evan Hartman and Luke Cookendorfer had one each. Smith and Roden also carded two assists each while both Sam McFee and Evan Wilhelm had one.
Scoring for the Spartans was Mitchell Steele on a Jasper Martin assist.
The junior varsity played to a scoreless tie in one half of action.
