DEARBORN COUNTY, IN — A dump truck driver was seriously injured when his vehicle crashed on State Road 48 near Schaefer Road in Manchester around 4:19 pm Tuesday.
The Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office says 59-year-old Mark Antoni of Cleves, Ohio was westbound on 48 when he drove off the north side of the road, crossed both lanes, and ran off the south side of the road.
Antoni was taken by Air Care helicopter to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
The Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by Manchester Fire and EMS, the Sunman Fire Department, UC Air Care, and Schafer’s Towing.
