Oldenburg, In. — Margaret Mary Health, Oldenburg Police Department, Batesville Police Department and the Coalition for a Drug-Free Batesville will hold a drug take back event Saturday. From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. residents can drop off unused, unwanted or unneeded medication at the Oldenburg Academy, 1 Twister Circle.
Take back events keep medication out of the wrong hands and out of landfills and the possibility of leaching into the water supply.
