(Greensburg, IN) – Philip Deiwert has resigned as Decatur County Tourism Executive Director to take a job with Hendricks County Tourism.
Deiwert led the local organization for six years.
His resignation is effective February 7.
The search for a new director is expected to begin soon.
Tourism board president Ryan Maddux plans to consult with Decatur County Human Resources Director Patty Hensley for guidance on posting the vacancy and accepting resumes to fill the director’s position.
