Greensburg, In. —Members of the Decatur County Fraternal Order of police have formally endorsed Nathan Harter for Decatur County prosecutor.
The statement reads:
In looking at whether to endorse a candidate, we determine whether the candidate shares our values and whether they have demonstrated a similar dedication to serving the public. Regarding the race for prosecuting attorney for Decatur County, we have elected to support a candidate based on his achievements and record.
At this time, we formally, officially, and publicly endorse Nathan W. Harter IV for Decatur County prosecutor. From midnight warrants to budget hearings, from training to trials, Harter truly engages with and serves law enforcement. Under his leadership, our public safety community is strong, aggressive, and effective. We are glad to have him as a teammate. Together we are making Decatur County safer, more unified, and more focused on a bright future. We urge our fellow community members to renew their contract with Harter by re-electing him Decatur County prosecutor.
