Milan, In. — Investigators from the Ripley County Sheriff’s Department and coroner’s office say a juvenile was killed after a fall from a moving vehicle in the Milan area Wednesday. Reports indicate the incident occurred at 9:40 p.m. in the 1100 block of State Road 101. Prosecutor Ric Hertel is evaluating the evidence gathered in the case.
The Ripley County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by Indiana State Police, police from Milan and Osgood, the Milan Fire Department, Ripley County EMS and the Ripley County Coroner.
