David R. Dunn, 73, of Moores Hill passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Edgewood Hospice. David was born on Monday, December 26, 1949 in Batesville; son of Russell and Rosemary (Powell) Dunn. David married his wife Marcia Dunn, and she preceded him in 2015. David worked as a builder and carpenter for Charles Butler Construction Company. David was a member of the Sons of American Legion Post 209 in Moores Hill. David enjoyed fishing, hunting, and was in the band “Country Drifters” as a guitarist and singer.
David will be missed by his daughters Angela (Hank) Little of Moores Hill and Tisha Owens of Lawrenceburg; brothers Roger Dunn of Aurora and Randy Dunn of Dillsboro; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
David was preceded in death by his parents Russell and Rosemary Dunn and brother Daryel Dunn.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Trinity Christian Center: 18687 Pribble Rd., Lawrenceburg, IN, 47025. Memorials may be given in honor of David to the Sons of American Legion Post 209 in Moores Hill.
