Darrell N. Talpas, 67, of Aurora, IN, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023, with family by his side.
He was born December 8, 1955, in Canonsburg, PA, son of the late Arthur Talpas and Dorothy (Sohyda) Talpas.
Darrell worked as a Mechanic for Ford, retiring after many years of service.
He was a member of the Falcon Archery Club and International Button Box Group.
Darrell was an avid hunter. He loved listening to Polka music, taking care of his fish, and spending time with his grandkids.
Darrell is survived by his loving spouse, Tamara (Myers) Talpas; children, Melissa (Daniel) Griffin, Theresa (Charles) Scott, Darrell (Amber) Talpas; grandchildren, Greysen, Chloe, Brayden, Austin, Bella, Ethan, Brystynn, Diesel and Izaiah; sisters, Nina and Ksenia; brother Mark
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Dorothy; brother, Gary
