Dallas E. Jones 76, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Monday November 4, 2019 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
He was born June 7, 1943 in Corbin, KY, son of the late Emerson Jones and Mildred (Petrey) Jones.
He worked as a truck driver for Consolidated Freight Ways and Yellow Trucking with several years of service.
DJ enjoyed golf, working puzzles, motorcycle riding, geocaching and road trips. In years past he loved to fish. DJ was a hard worker and took pride in all he did.
He enjoyed time with his family and he will be greatly missed.
DJ is survived by his children, Randy Jones of Rising Sun, IN, Bryan (Marcia) Jones of Lawrenceburg, IN, Deanna Jones of Lawrenceburg, IN; grandchildren, Cullen Jones, Seanté Jones, Ashley Jones, Alex Jones, Leah Craft, Carly Utter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Anna Gay Cox, and Carol Ward.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
