Versailles, In. — The Central Muscatatuck Watershed Project, Ripley County Soil and Water Conservation District, and Ripley County Purdue Extension are sponsoring a Cover Crop Workshop & Field Day Tour on April 4, at Southeast Purdue Agricultural Center, 4425 East 350 North, Butlerville, IN 47223. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon.
Presentations to include drainage and cover crop successes, drainage vidoes and lessons learned, benefits and challenges of cover crops, soil basics, funding opportunities.
