One person is running unopposed in the other races, which means voting is not required for Mayor, Clerk-Treasurer, City Judge, and City Council districts 2, 3, and 4 plus the At-Large seat.

Since there are no contest races in Franklin County, the Election Board there has decided not to open a polling place for this year’s Batesville city election.

The Ripley County Board of Elections will use the Batesville Memorial Building as an early voting satellite location on Saturday, November 4 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Early voting is also offered at the Ripley County Clerk’s Office now through Friday, November 3 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Monday, November 6 from 8: a.m. until Noon.
