Constance “Connie” Johnson, age 61, of Mt. Healthy, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Mercy Fairfield Hospital with Brittany Beck by her side. She was born the daughter of Raymond Lee Johnson and Christine (Culver) Shands.
She is survived by her parents, Raymond Lee Johnson and Christine Shands and brothers, Anthony Johnson and Raymond Johnson, Jr. She is also survived, and will be dearly missed, by her HOO/ ResCare Community Living Family, APSI and her SSA, along with many other friends she has made along her life’s journey.
Connie was preceded in death by her brother, Alfred Johnson.
A Celebration of Life for Connie will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Mt. Airy Forest, Oak Ridge Lodge, 4700 Oakridge Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45223.
