Columbus, IN—Monday evening, Bartholomew County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a subject firing a shotgun toward a vehicle leaving the residence.
The suspect, Brian Andrew Hoover, 44, Columbus, then fled the residence. However, a short time later, with the assistance of a BCSO K9 and the Columbus Fire Department’s drone, Hoover was apprehended and taken to the Bartholomew County Jail and was charged on an allegation of Criminal Recklessness with a Firearm.
