MADISON, Ind. — The teenager who died after falling over a waterfall at Clifty Falls State Park on Tuesday has been identified.
Jacob Trulock, 18, of New Albany died after walking off a trail when he slipped and fell in the water before falling over Hoffman Falls.
Jacob was a senior and the captain of the school’s soccer team and is remembered for being a top student and a star athlete.
Jacob’s family is setting up a scholarship in his honor.
Visitation is on Sunday from 3 – 8 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church in Sellersburg with the Funeral Mass on Monday at 10.
