OSGOOD, Ind. — In just a little over 2 weeks, Special Olympian, Chris Perdue, 18, of Osgood will go to the Winter X Games in Aspen, Colorado.
The games will be held January 26-29.
Perdue has already made a trip to Vermont to train for the Special Olympics World Winter Games in Austria this coming March.
His Team USA coach invited him along with 8 other athletes to the Winter X Games.
Perdue will participate in the 3rd annual Unified Snowboarding Races and the Unified Snowboard Duel Slalom.
