Choppers for Coppers Returns

Community Benefit Ride

Choppers for Coppers returns July 25 with new dual-route format

Motorcycles and Jeeps will roll through Southeastern Indiana on separate police-escorted routes before reconnecting for food, fellowship and live music in St. Paul.

(St. Paul, IN) – The St. Paul Choppers for Coppers Benefit Ride is back for its 11th year, and this year’s event comes with a new look on the road.

The annual ride is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, 2026, with proceeds and support benefiting the St. Paul Police Department. The event brings together motorcycle riders, Jeep drivers and community supporters for a full day of fundraising, appreciation and small-town celebration.

For the first time, motorcycles and Jeeps will ride on two separate police-escorted routes instead of traveling as one combined group. Organizers say the change gives each class of vehicle more room to enjoy the ride while keeping the camaraderie and law enforcement presence that have helped define the event.

Now in its 11th year, Choppers for Coppers was founded to show appreciation for local law enforcement and nonprofit organizations. The group says it remains committed to supporting the St. Paul Indiana Police Department through community-driven fundraising events.
