Dearborn County, In. — The Dearborn County Sheriff’s Department says a child drowned during a family party.
The girl was found at 6:15 p.m. Saturday by her father after not being seen for several minutes. She was playing in and near an above-ground pool in the backyard of the home.
The female victim was pronounced dead at the Dearborn County Hospital at 7:15 p.m.
The child has been identified as one-year-old Adelade Morrison.
