Charlotte F. Gascon

Charlotte F. Gascon, 59, of Milan, Indiana, passed away Tuesday September 15, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She was born March 15, 1961 in Lawrenceburg, IN, daughter of Imogene (Adams) Jasper and the late James H. Jasper.

She attended Wilmington Baptist Church. Charlotte worked at Ripley Crossing, she previously worked as a beautician, and a child care provider at Sunshine Corner Preschool and Daycare. She was a Brownie Leader, worked with 4-H and Cub Scouts, and was a volunteer with the DCH Auxiliary.

Charlotte was very artistic and talented with crafts, painting, quilts and crocheting afghans. Charlotte also enjoyed gardening and singing, and she was an excellent cook and seamstress. She was a loving and giving person who never met a stranger, and she loved animals. Her family was very important to her and she will be greatly missed.

Charlotte is survived by her loving spouse of 39 years Ronald Gascon, her mother, Imogene Jasper; children, Amber Gascon of Lawrenceburg, IN, Sarah Gascon of Batesville, IN, Brian (Harley) Gascon of Batesville, IN, Terri Gascon of Milford, OH; sisters, Brenda (Mack) Johnson of Aurora, IN, Diana (Tony) Womack of Moores Hill, IN, Bonnie (Mark) Pennington of Moores Hill, IN; grandchildren, Nolan & Presleigh Collins, and Colt Pike.

She was preceded in death by her father, James H. Jasper.

Friends will be received Sunday, September 20, 2020, 11:00 pm – 2:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm.

Interment will follow in the Mt. Sinai Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
Contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital. If unable to attend services, please call the funeral home office at (812) 926-1450 and we will notify the family of your donation with a card.

Due to the current situation dealing with COVID-19, we are following the directives from Governor Holcomb and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention concerning large events and mass gatherings. The family deeply appreciates the support and love shown from friends, but the health and well being of everyone in our community is of top priority.
